Cards Against Humanity Box: Your New Favorite Party Game!

Most of us have been there – you’re at a party and no one knows what to do or say. You’ve got nothing in common with anyone else, so it’s hard to start up a conversation. But not anymore! With the Cards Against Humanity box you’ll never be bored again because all you need are some cards and your sense of humor. Unlike most of the party games you’ve played before, Cards Against Humanity is as despicable and awkward as you and your friends.

Cards Against Humanity Box is the newest party game on the market. It’s like CAH but with an extra dose of fun because you’re playing with cards that are all blank. The game is simple. Each round, one player asks a question from a black card, and everyone else answers with their funniest white card. You’ll never know what card will come next!

The best part? There are no rules or instructions for how to play this game – it’s up to you and your friends to make them up as you go along. This means every time you play is different than the last time! And if your group can’t agree on anything else, at least they can all agree that this game is a whole lot of fun!

In order to create more and better ideas, you must separate creation from evaluation, coming up with lots of ideas first, then judging their worth later. Most people evaluate too soon and too often, which hinders creativity.

We‘ll show you why the Cards against humanity box is the perfect ice breaker at parties or family gatherings! Make sure you not to miss out on one of the most favorite party games of the year – Cards Against Humanity Box and read now!

Cards Against Humanity Box Reviews 2023

Cards Against Humanity

Cards Against Humanity
  • A party game for horrible people.
  • Comes with 500 white cards and 100 black cards for eternal replayability.
  • Includes a booklet of sensible game rules and preposterous alternate rules.
  • This is the main game. Buy this first.
  • America’s #1 gerbil coffin.

I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Cards Against Humanity. I don’t think I can adequately describe just how much fun it is to play, but I’ll try.

Players are dealt 10 white cards each. On the count of three, players put down one card at a time on the table. If it matches any other card (in either black or white), then you must pick it up and make someone else put their hands behind their head for 30 seconds. If your card is played and nobody gets caught off guard, then you choose somebody else’s card that’s still on the table and take turns making up terrible phrases with that word or phrase (like “grandma’s stinky farts”) until somebody else is caught off guard by your terrible phrase and another round begins. Once a round is over, everyone except the person who played the winning card gets to draw two white cards.

I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard in my life until I started playing Cards Against Humanity with friends and strangers at parties, bars or wherever we can get together. Unfortunately the game only comes with 100 black cards and 500 white cards, which means you’re constantly running out of cards to draw from and get sent back to your seat empty-handed.

Pros

– It’s hilarious

-Fun way to get people out of their comfort zone

-No time limit on the game

– It gets everyone involved in the game

-You are constantly running out of cards to draw from

Cons

– Other people can take your cards

-The game only comes with 100 black cards

Cards Against Humanity: Family Edition

Cards Against Humanity: Family Edition • The Actual Official Family Edition of CAH • Ages 8+
  • A whole new game written from scratch for kids and adults to play together.
  • Comes with 600 all-new cards about toilets, butt spaghetti, and Mom’s friend Donna.
  • Appropriate for all humans age 8 and up.
  • Tested with thousands of families over many years.
  • Sorry, not as fun as Xbox.

Almost everyone has played Cards Against Humanity by now, but there’s a whole other side to the game that you may not have ever seen. Cards Against Humanity: Family Edition is all of the cards with all of the adult things taken out.

That means no swear words, nothing too gross, and no phrases that are inappropriate for children. Another thing this version does is swap out certain phrases with ones that are more appropriate for kids like “I got an extra brain” instead of “I got an additional brain.” This way, parents who want to play can still enjoy themselves without having to worry about your young kids hearing something too inappropriate.

The cards are still hilarious, even when you can’t say “butt” or “diarrhea.” It’s rated for ages 8+, so I would not recommend it if your kids are younger than that. It is also a great game for kids to play with their family. It brings everyone together and creates hours of unforgettable memories. It truly is your new favorite party game!

We’ve also provided help by including 600 cards with toilet humor for those who might need some help coming up with answers. Cards Against Humanity: Family Edition is the perfect party game for adults who want to enjoy themselves without worrying about what their children are hearing. I would definitely recommend this to all families

Pros:

– no swear words, nothing too gross, and no phrases that are inappropriate for children

– replaces certain phrases with ones more appropriate for kids

– A fun game for adults and children alike

– Comes with 600 cards

Cons:

– For those of us looking for an extra challenge, this version won’t be as engaging because the phrases that gave people trouble in regular cards against humanity will not exist.

Cards Against Humanity: Absurd Box

Cards Against Humanity: Absurd Box • 300-Card Expansion
  • 300 pretty weird cards to mix into your set of Cards Against Humanity.
  • Requires the main game.
  • For ages 17 and up.
  • You have nothing to lose but your chains!

I really think that the black cards in this box are a lot more interesting. Unlike other expansions to Cards Against Humanity, this one has a different feel to it. It’s less about being obscene for laughs and more about being absurd and strange, which is a refreshing change of pace. I’m looking forward to using these cards with my friends over the holidays, so they’ll have a new perspective on the season.

This expansion pack for Cards Against Humanity is a whopping 300 cards! The box contains 255 white and 45 black cards, totaling to the same number as the original Cards Against Humanity. The difference is that this expansion pack has a lot more of the ‘absurd’ type of cards- essentially all of the weird and wacky stuff that Cards Against humanity would not touch.

Some examples include: what you can’t say out loud at a funeral, dad jokes, and people who should probably be banned from the US National Parks Service. It also includes some blank cards so you can create your own absurd answer card. Overall it’s pretty hilarious and I think it will definitely have broad appeal. Cards Against Humanity is widely known as the game for adults who like vulgar jokes, so it’s definitely an expansion pack worth looking into.

I’d recommend this for anyone who already has the original cards against humanity set and wants more of its weirdness! Players should be at least 18 years old to play.

Pros:

-Unsurprisingly hilarious

-An interesting and compelling gameplay that differentiates itself from the original set of Cards Against Humanity

-Allows for absurd and strange jokes to be made

– Applicable for many different types of parties or gatherings

Cons:

-Maybe not as obscene for immature audiences.

Cards Against Humanity: Green Box

Cards Against Humanity: Green Box • 300-card expansion
  • 300 cards to seamlessly mix into your game.
  • This is an expansion pack for Cards Against Humanity. Buy that first.
  • For ages 17 and up
  • Goes great with the Red Box and Blue Box.
  • Cards Against Humanity's favorite expansion box.

I love this expansion pack! I’m a fan of the original Cards Against Humanity as well as expansions, and Cards Against Humanity: Green Box is a really fun addition to the game. The green cards are a blast – they were not too obscene for me and seemed to be more family-friendly.

The box comes with 300 cards total (247 white and 53 black), which is a huge number of cards compared to other expansions. I also loved that there was an equal amount of white and black cards because it just made the experience feel more balanced. For those who have been playing since day one, this is an excellent addition that you need to get your hands on!

The Green Box adds a lot more ‘family friendly’ jokes as well as some other fun cards that aren’t as vulgar, which can be really refreshing depending on your crowd/who you’re playing with! The same amount of white and black cards was nice as well, and I think the 300 cards added were really fun to mix in with the original set of Cards Against Humanity.

I really like the new names on the black cards in this set, a lot of them are more family friendly and it’s a nice change from most expansion packs for this game. The green cards also have an interesting art style that is different from most expansions to Cards Against Humanity. I also love the box design of this one! My suggestion is that you just keep it sitting on a shelf and use it as decoration

This expansion pack for Cards Against Humanity is definitely worth purchasing if you love the original game! It’s nice that this one included an equal amount of white and black cards as well. I’d recommend this to anyone who has already played the original!

Pros:

– The game is funny and addicting to play with friends

– There are 2 sets of cards (black & white) for variety

– It typically comes in 3 flavors, so you can pick the least offensive one if necessary

– Great way to pass time with a group of people without spending too much money on buying things for everyone at the party

– Different expansion packs provide fun variations of the game

Cons:

– I don’t recommend this for a party with people who like to talk a lot

– Some expansion packs can be too extreme and offensive, which isn’t good for some groups of people Playing with Cards Against Humanity

Factors To Consider When Choosing Cards Against Humanity Box

The Cards Against Humanity Box is a party game that lets you and your friends have an unforgettable bonding experience. This card game has been designed to be played at parties by adults of all ages, but it can also be used as a teaching tool for children. There are over two hundred cards included with this box set which means hours of entertainment when playing the game by yourself or with others.

In order to make sure that you get the most out of your time invested in this product, there are several factors worth considering before choosing it. We will go through five points to keep in mind while making a decision about whether or not the Cards Against Humanity Box is right for you!

What Kind Of Party Are You Hosting?

cards against humanity box

Some people like to make sure they buy cards against humanity boxes that match their theme. If it’s a classy affair where everyone is wearing suits and gowns then maybe something like the Luxury Edition would work well; but if it’s an outdoor barbecue with families and friends, then perhaps you might want to go with our Bigger Blacker Box. Either way, it’s important to think about what you’re planning on doing so that your decision is easier.

What Size Box Do You Need?

This is another factor that people usually take into consideration when buying Cards Against Humanity Box. If you’re hosting a small party, then maybe our Bigger Blacker Box with 855 cards will be sufficient. But if it’s a big event with tons of people, then maybe the Bigger Blacker Box won’t be enough. You might have to bring out your second set!

How Long Will Your Party Last?

Some games can take hours, but the CAH cards are definitely not one of those. We recommend buying a Cards Against Humanity box that has at least 500 cards so you have more than enough to play with.

Do You Want A Fun Way To Choose Secret Santa Gifts?

Cards Against Humanity Box is a great gift idea for the holidays.   If you want to make sure that no one gets stuck with your boring Aunt or Uncle (or whomever), then you might want to consider getting them a CAH box as well. It’s also a great way to find secret Santa gifts during the holiday season!

How Many People Are Playing?

When it comes to Cards Against Humanity Box, bigger is not always better.   If you’ve never played before, then the standard Cards Against Humanity box with its 550 cards will be enough. But if there are more people involved in your game night, then you might want to invest in a larger set.

Directions For Use

cards against humanity box

People who choose Cards Against Humanity Box will want to make sure they read the instructions before playing.  In order to play, you’ll need one player to be the Card Czar. All of the players have cards in their hands, and when it’s someone’s turn they can lay down a black or white card. The Card Czar then has to choose a response from the available cards that they think is best, and whoever laid down that card then gets a point. We definitely suggest reading our Rules of CAH for more information on how the game works!

FAQs about Cards Against Humanity Box

cards against humanity box

-Are there any formal rules for how to play Cards Against Humanity?

Yes. A standard turn would:

1) Draw a black card and answer the question or fill in the blank with one white (playful, innocent) card from your hand.

2) The next player either answers the question with their funniest white card or writes a new black card if they can’t think of one.

3) The winner is chosen by the other players in the group and awarded a standard penalty (forcing them to do something silly or embarrassing).

– Are there any age restrictions on playing Cards Against Humanity with friends?

It’s not really about the age. It’s about your maturity and whether you can handle Cards Against Humanity jokes. The humor in Cards Against Humanity is so over-the-top and profoundly offensive to some people, that we would not recommend it for children under 18 years old, anyone easily offended by distasteful language or suggestive themes, or professional role playing situations (NRA conventions, church outings, 12 Steps meetings).

Can I buy more cards separately after I bought the Cards Against Humanity Box ?

No. We want to ensure that you’re getting authentic Cards Against Humanity Box experience, meaning an unopened box with cards in it. There are no expansions or add-ons for Cards Against Humanity; once you buy the game, all the content is included inside.

– How do I win at Cards Against Humanity Box ?

The person who makes everyone in the room laugh wins. If you have to ask, then probably you don’t! The point of Cards Against Humanity is that all players are winners. It’s a party game for horrible people.

– Does Cards Against Humanity Box work on tablets and phones as well as PCs and Macs?

cards against humanity box

Cards Against Humanity Box is a web-based browser app, so it runs in any modern browser. It’s been tested extensively on tablets, phones, and PC/Macs, and works great in all three environments.

Conclusion
